Whether you are just beginning to establish a personal art collection or have been collecting for years, the services of an art advisor are invaluable.

We work with clients to create or refine their collecting goals and then develop a cohesive collection within an agreed upon budget. Whether a client wishes to support emerging artists, or wishes to amass a valuable collection that will be promised to a museum, we can help.

In addition to advising on acquisitions, Ellen can advise on de-accessioning and will assist in the sale of works that no longer meet clients' collecting goals. Her strong relationships with auction house specialists at Christie's, Sotheby's, Phillips as well as private galleries give Ellen unparalleled access to up-to-the-minute market trends. As a result, her clients have access to some of the world's most rare and important artworks. Since she does not represent any artists, her advice is based solely on the buyers' interests. Her discretion and sensitivity to privacy issues are highly valued by her clients.
